Combat Plastic Pollution With One Less Plastic At A Time
Mahatma Gandhi once said “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” Today, nine million tons of plastics drift into oceans each year and if we dont't lessen plastic use within this decade, our situtation will be exacerbated.(ABC News). However, we are only six steps away from defeating plastic pollution. Imagine the plethora of marine animals we can save!

For step 4, in order to compell government leaders to support plastic reduction, try searching up your local government officials and their contacts. Try to contact them by any means necessary. Even though all these goals are realistic, they are not always easy feats for everyone. So give yourself a pat on the back and check the boxes after completing the tasks.
